With direct integration, your merchant’s website (complete with secure certificate) captures the user’s personal and credit card details and then forwards these behind the scenes to the secure Woohoo Pay gateway. Woohoo Pay then performs any necessary fraud and security checks, clears the payment with the acquiring bank and sends a response back to your merchant’s website, which then delivers a formatted response back to the customer.
Direct integration is more complex than the hosted forms method, but it does mean that the entire shopping process can occur within your merchants’ websites, providing a seamless experience for their customers.
For standard Visa and MasterCard Testing use merchant ID 100001, or for 3D Secure Testing use 100856.
As a white label payment gateway Partner, the direct integration is fully branded as your own; sits on your URL with your logo and branding; and provides your merchants with your own test credentials.
With the hosted form method, your merchant’s customer is passed to the Woohoo Pay gateway where they then enter their card details and receive a response for the transaction, before being re-directed back to your merchant’s website. In this scenario, no secure certificate is necessary and the user experience is similar to direct integration. This is the simplest way to integrate with Woohoo Pay.
Our standard hosted form carries minimal branding so as not to detract from your own branding. If you prefer, it can be customised with a branded header and footer for your company.

Woohoo Pay’s SDKs allow merchants to accept secure payments in a native mobile app. Our SDKs allow customers to save cards in the mobile app and store the tokenised cards for future payments, creating a seamless payment journey. Integrate secure in-app payments with our Google Pay or iOS SDKs below.

The Pay Button function gives the user the ability to create an HTML link that can be embedded into HTML content (eg a website or HTML email). When clicked, it will allow a payment to be taken via the hosted form that will be pre-populated with the data specified when creating the link.
The advantage of Pay Button is that it offers the functionality of Woohoo Pay without having to complete a Hosted or Direct integration, meaning it can be included in basic HTML without the need for any scripting languages.
For standard Visa and MasterCard Testing use merchant ID 100001, or for 3D Secure Testing use 100856.
